At Secrets, we take pride in supplying professional, high-quality products. Due to hygiene standards and the nature of hair and beauty products, we operate a defective goods only returns policy.
Eligibility for Returns
We only accept returns where a product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or not functioning as intended.
Returns will be accepted if:
The product is defective or does not work correctly upon first use
The item arrives damaged or faulty
The wrong item was supplied
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
Change of mind
Personal preference or dissatisfaction with results
Incorrect product choice
Items that have been opened or used unless proven faulty
We strongly recommend seeking professional advice before purchasing if you are unsure which product is suitable for you.
Return Timeframe
All faulty items must be reported within 14 days of purchase or delivery. After this period, returns may not be accepted.
Return Process
To request a return:
Contact the salon with proof of purchase.
Provide details of the fault and, where possible, photos or video evidence.
Once approved, you will be advised on how to return the item.
Items must be returned with original packaging where possible.
Refunds & Replacements
Once the product has been inspected and confirmed as faulty, we will offer:
A replacement product, or
A refund to the original payment method (if a replacement is unavailable).
